RE

At St. George's School, we are proud of our Christian Values. In our collective worship assemblies, we think and talk about Gospel Values. Gospel Values are what Jesus said, what Jesus did and what he wants us to do. We try to embody these values in all areas of our school life.

Children have daily acts of worship and in each classroom there is a prayer area, which the children themselves proudly help to maintain.

We also express our Christian Values in many other ways in our school.

St. George's Chaplaincy Team
Our Chaplaincy team are a group of children from Year 5 and Year 6 who have shown a particular interest in developing their spiritual role in the school. They readily show a desire to help others, to make a difference, to be ready to listen to God’s word and help bring that word and the love of God to others. They enjoy participating in collective worship assemblies, often promoting Gospel Values through drama. They are also a charitable bunch, and they lead many of our charity campaigns in the school.
