SCIENCE WOW! DAY 23/01/2019
The entire school has been involved in STEM activities, both inside and outside the school, for this Science WOW! Day. We are incredibly grateful to volunteers who joined us from the Hydrographic Office, the Met Office, Arup Engineering and Musgrove Park Hospital bringing a range of projects in which the children participated. Additionally, teaching staff and assistants ran investigations into States of Matter, Properties of Light, Plant Identification, Minibeast Hunting, Germination and Tabletop Science.
It it has been a wonderfully vibrant day, with all children fully engaged in practical activities which hopefully will ignite an enthusiasm for STEM subjects.
